We will gladly accept returns of items purchased from our website within 15 days from the date the item was delivered to the shipping address, as long as the eyewear is in new, un-worn condition, and accompanies all items originally sent with the eyewear. Please ship return items to Wink Optics at 70 Throckmorton Ave, Mill Valley, CA 94941 with a copy of your order enclosed in the package. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
The reimbursement will be refunded to the original credit card or Paypal account used. If for some reason the original tender cannot be used to issue the refund, a check for the amount of the eyewear will be sent to the billing address of the original purchaser. We do NOT reimburse for any shipping charges. All specialty items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any damaged, worn, or eyewear sent back without complete parts or packaging is subject to having the refund rejected, and the eyewear will be sent back to purchaser without refund.
We will not refund, reimburse, or cancel a prescription eyewear or lens order. All prescription or custom made non-prescription lenses are final sale.
